Attack report:

Hi guys, hoping you can help. My friend and her dog were attacked by another dog yesterday afternoon, (13th September) at about 5.45pm, on Montacute Road Hectorville, directly in front of East Torrens Primary School- (it actually happened in the middle of the road as my friend and her dog were crossing-this Rottweiler charged across the road dragging its owner with it (the owner was a young lady possibly in her mid to late 20s), stopping traffic, biting my friend then her dog, and had it not been for the kind people stopping and helping I have no doubt their injuries would have been far worse if not fatal especially for her dog). After the incident we didn't stop as I was so worried about her and her dog and wanted to get them away from the danger and the dog straight to the vet, and her to a doctor. The dog will be having surgery this Monday to get his injuries treated. I was hoping if anyone can help with tracking down this irresponsible pet owner who has a dog that she cannot control, and walks it on an extenda lead, we need to track this dog and owner down not just because of the cost involved, but also because before this black Rottweiler charged and attacked my friend and her dog it also launched itself at an 18month old child, and she's walking it on and around a school with young children who could definitely could not defend themselves against this particular dog. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
This was the events that transpired that my friend posted on the Campbelltown city facebook page, I have copy and pasted it as I'm too shaken up to think right now-the photo I've attached is one from the net(not the actual dog), but it looked identical to this and i wanted to show you what sort of dog is roaming tje streets causing bodily harm to people and pets 😭
