Black Labrador loose on road. Attacked a small dog we are looking after whilst dog Owner [our Friends] are on Holiday - being walked on a Lead in our Street Willow Bend, Marden - on opposite side of Road to Black Labrador which is a repeat offender - having attacked other 4 to 5 other dogs. Seriously injured one previous small Dog that it attacked. A number of Dog Attacks involving this Labrador where it has been the sole Aggressor have not been reported.
