Attack report:

White pit bull puppy (as stated by the owner) sprinted to us as we walked onto the beach. Ran at us from 800m away and at 75m away I decided it was not friendly. So I picked up my 6month old
Golden retriever

The pit bull then lunged at me with the puppy in my arms. But I deflected the lunge by shouldering the dog away. I then continued to use my knee to push the dog away gently as it was jumping at the dog in my arms.

Eventually I had to use the bottom of my foot on the shoulder of the dog to push it further away as the owners had still not caught up to take control of the dog.

The owners had another older pit bull also white. The owners were M and F both Caucasian, 25-30s. Both brown hair both about 175-180cm tall.
