Attack report:

My Alaskan Malamute was having her normal walk, walking just in front of me when the Vizla dog who was laying on the ground outside a cafe adjacent to the people it was with attacked my dog without provocation as we came close, first biting her on the rear legs from the side causing her to fall down and then seizing her mouth when she was on the ground. My dog was restrained on a short length lead whilst the people with the other dog eventually managed to pull it away with the lead after getting up from their chairs. Whilst no damage was done to the legs, puncture wounds were inflicted in the mouth which will result in a canine tooth probably having to be extracted. The people with the Vizla who were not the owners but the "dog walkers" were extremely apologetic and verbally advised that the owner had warned them this dog had known behavioural issues with other dogs due to it being attacked whilst younger but they were shocked at the speed and ferocity of the attack on my dog.
